Join us at the library for a Children's Program during a Parenting Class by FYI (Family and Youth Initiatives) of New Carlisle!

Guiding Good Choices will cover topics like:

Importance of Family Meetings
Specific actions that promote healthy development
Strategies to build family connections

Here's how you can get a free packet of heirloom, non-GMO vegetable seeds: Call (937) 729-7200 and push four to listen to the book Seeds by Carme Lemniscates. Write down the secret word at the end, and tell it to the librarians at the Front Desk. They will let you choose a free pack of seeds, while supplies last.

When: Wednesday, May 10, 4:00-5:30 p.m.

While supplies last, each family completing the walk will receive a hardback "to keep" copy of Miss Rumphius and a seed packet to feed our friends, the pollinators. The seed packets include lupine seeds, which Miss Rumphius used to make her world more beautiful. If it rains, we will reschedule the event.
