Do you enjoy browsing through cookbooks?  Would you enjoy sampling new recipes?   Then we've got just the book club for you! 

Choose a cookbook and review it at our monthly meeting.  Each month a different person will bring a sample of something they made from a recipe in their cookbook.

Native American Wampum Bead Bracelet
Wampum was used by the northeastern Indian tribes as a form of gift exchange, and the colonists adopted it as currency in trading with them.  You will be making a black and white version!

Our summer theme at the New Carlisle Library is LIBRARIES ROCK! The following Saturdays are going to be OPEN MIC NIGHT. June 9, 16, 23 and July 21, all 3-5 pm. Each segment will be about 20 minutes. You may play an instrument, sing, or read your latest writing.
