Children take an imaginary journey with the monarch butterfly as they participate in a life cycle story about the monarch’s travels to Mexico.
Program presented by a naturalist from the Clark County Park District.

This program will meet at the New Carlisle Public Library.

We will meet at the library to race earthworms! Bring your own worm or use one of ours. All ages may race! Will your worm take home the trophy??! Teen and adult volunteers needed - to volunteer, simply show up for the event. Teens, have your ride ready to leave promptly at the end of the event. 

Digeridoo Down Under at Smith Park

We will meet at the Smith Park Tennis Court Shelter.

The Digeridoo Down Under Show is an energetic fusion of Australian music, culture, puppetry, comedy, character building, storytelling and audience movement and participation. The didgeridoo has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1,500 years, and is known for its otherworldly sound. DDU is much more than music. It's interactive, educational, motivational and super fun! Perfect for families, and kids ages 3 and up.

Drop in from 4-6 p.m. with a white shirt, and we'll have all the supplies to tie-dye it!
All ages welcome -- teen & adult volunteers needed.

If you'd like to volunteer, show up 5 minutes early for the event.  Teens, have your ride ready to pick you up when the event ends.
