Christmas is just around the corner and the New Carlisle Public Library will be welcoming local author Megan Runkle and her new book, The Christmas Castle, on December 9 at 6:00 p.m.

The Christmas Castle will take you on a magical journey through the halls of an enchanted castle.  As you read, you will discover snow falling in the great room, glowing icicles, enchanted ice skates, and a few other magical surprises!

Enjoy Sneezy the Snowman by Maureen Wright!

The StoryWalk® is located along the Smith Park Multipurpose Trail, open each day during daylight hours.

Park close to the Log Cabin Shelter House; the story begins just past the playground.

Evening Class:  6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

There will be the option to take home or do in the class.  The blanket is no-sew and beginner friendly.  

There will be two classes:   one in the evening and one in the afternoon on another day.
